Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective business clients
- Introduce and promote our products/services in a professional and engaging manner
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM system
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and appointment-setting goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
